RESPONSIBILITIES
Various Accounting responsibilities
Reviews and process all documents associated with customer vehicle purchases
Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the company's Vision, Mission, and Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers and suppliers
Reconcile and prepare daily bank deposit
Acts as a backup in handling incoming phone calls from customers and vendors and route to the appropriate department and employee
Issue Purchase Orders to vendors as necessary
Maintain adequate office supplies
Proven track record
Strong record of positive Customer Satisfaction results
May be required to drive to county clerk, bank, or other locations to conduct business
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and safety standards

QUALIFICATIONS
Must be 18 or over
Must have 1 year previous office experience
HS Diploma or equivalent
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
Ability to understand mathematical concepts related to pricing and other calculations
Professional personal appearance
Excellent communication skills
Must speak and write English fluently, Spanish fluency is optional but beneficial
Team-oriented
Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check
Valid driver's license

We are tasked with the responsibilities of coordinating and maintaining staff administrative records. As Office Assistants, we provide assistance with event planning and implementation. We also coordinate and arrange appointments and meetings. We are involved in the updating and maintenance of the internal staff contact list. We are found running work-related errands such as going to the post office or going to the bank. We are tasked with coordinating with different departments and reserving conference rooms and equipment for visiting customers and staff meetings.
