Manager

This position will be responsible for the organized management of Pedal Therapy and duties shall include but not limited to: Hiring/Training of drivers/Holding driver accountable for duties/rules assigned on their rules/ responsibilities sheet. Coordination/Communication related to bike ride scheduling Coordinating any weather related cancellations and assuring rider safety. Assuring bike is in working order and coordinating any repairs in a timely manner with owners. Assuring we have appropriate documents/wristbands/Cups/Speaker charged. Assuring bike is stored appropriately every night. Getting hours sheets to bookkeeper. Coordinating any facebook content and or responding to questions in timely manner.

Compensation: Bike Manager is a contracted employee and will be paid $75.00 per ride up to 50 rides and 100.00 per ride after 50 rides.
