Consumer Specialist

Region 4 Behavioral Health System is seeking qualified applicants for the position of the Regional Consumer Specialist. Recipients of mental health and/or substance use services which have led toward recovery are preferred. Applicants should have graduated from high school and have a current driver’s license. The Consumer Specialist shall provide input on system planning regarding Peer strategies, services, as well as promoting consumer involvement, recovery, resiliency, and wellness. Good communication, networking and organizational skills are helpful. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish, and Peer Support Certification preferred. Excellent benefits.
