Now Hiring High School Building Secretary
The position will involve performing duties of clerical nature and the general operations of the school office. Duties may include, but are not limited to: answering calls, responding to parent questions and concerns, providing written and verbal staff, student, and parent communication materials, assisting in the coordination of special events, use of systems (i.e. Google Sheets, Docs, Gmail, etc.) to facilitate data collection and reporting requirements.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: -High School Diploma -Courses/Training in secretarial skills, word processing, office software and/or personal computers
