Director for Student Diversity and Inclusion: Provide leadership and oversight in developing institutional programs that promote a culture of diversity and inclusion. Create supportive campus climate for underrepresented students and a more inclusive student experience. Responsible for shaping and advancing diversity and inclusion initiatives in support of the college’s values, goals, and priorities with an emphasis on promoting retention and degree attainment.
